On 31st March, Cllr Xolisa Mdemka and Cllr Minnie Petersen visited 15 elderly people at Ebenheaser old age home in Cloetesville. They spend some quality time with the elderly and handed over goodie bag that included toiletries items and a night gown. “Our senior citizens are the custodians of our knowledge and culture; therefore it is imperative for us to do what we can to improve their quality of life and health said Cllr Minnie Petersen, Portfolio Holder for Rural and Social Development.
